The Conference Sessions start on the 23rd of October early in the morning. On the 22nd of October though from 17.00 to 20.00 we will have the registration procedure and the same evening or at approximately at the same time we will have the Welcome Reception for all participants. According to the program the conference will finish on the 24th of October at 17.00 in the afternoon. All above mentioned times are based on Greek time.

Information for Chairs and Presenters

Duration of presentations
•Invited Speaker Presentation: 30 minutes, including questions.
•Oral Presentations: 15 minutes, including questions.

Guidelines for oral presenters
•Please bring your presentation on a USB stick.
•A laptop (not a MacBook) will be available in each room.
•Please use PowerPoint software (*.pptx or *.ppt file) in size 16:9 (or 4:3).
•We kindly ask you to upload and test your presentation in advance, during the break before your session. There will be a technician to assist you.

Guidelines for poster presenters
•The max poster size is A0 (841×1189) in portrait – NOT landscape.

You can reserve participation for the Conference Dinner (additional cost 45.00 euros) at the traditional restaurant Mylos “Keratas”, at walking distance from the Conference Venue.
